This room can sleep 4 but highly recommend no more than 2 --queen bed in bedroom and double sleeper sofa. Bath is 3/4- no tub - shower and kitchen is a partial-- translates to 2 counter burners and 3/4 fridge but full freezer. Cost is $ 1500 trade, $ 475 cash due at purchase and $ 69 at check in which covers the continental breakfast daily, fitness equipment workout area, 1 car parking, access to book exchange and dvd's as well as snacks daily and towels for the hot tub as well as any entertainment througout the week. This resort is an older 1950's drive in motel so no elevator and the room could be on the second floor.
